Thank you for visiting our website at kutatownhouses.com. Here's a brief guideline for you to explore the website and how to make a reservation.

1. First things first, our homepage clearly display information about Kuta Townhouses, what types of apartments we have and the facilities included.

2. Every apartment type is respectively described in details on page called "Apartments & Rates". Here you will find information about facilities and rates of each apartment. Some photos are also displayed on each section of the apartments. So you will have an idea about the specific apartment as described on that page be sure to read the B/Fast & Tax information below each apartment type.

3. Now, you are familiar with our apartments and the facilities after following step 2 above you can now choose your option below and follow each step.

Option ONE  "Check Availability and Total Price" without making a booking, click the "Check Availability and Total Price" bar located in the left sidebar (see figure #1). You are now presented with form where you can insert your dates and apartment type once done you can hit the “calculate” button (this will give you a total price for your dates including all taxes and peak period surcharges if applicable) next if you want to know if the dates and apartment type are available hit the “check availability” button (see figure #2)this will assist you to know the availability of the apartment for the specified dates. If not available you can change apartment type and check again, if it is available you can hit the “ok” on the popup and proceed to booking.

Option TWO, To make a booking click the “Book Now” located on the left sidebar (see figure #3), enter your dates and apartment type, you can hit the “calculate” button (this will give you a total price for your dates including all taxes and peak period surcharges if applicable)  and then the “book now” button (see figure #4) which will take you to a section to enter your details and  check your booking details.

Before you press "book now", it's good idea that you read our Terms & Conditions for Booking at Kuta Town Houses the button for this is below your details.

Always check what you are about to book in the box below where you enter your details.

If you wish to make a booking for 2 different apartment types under the one booking or 2 different check in check out dates, you can do this by putting your first part of your booking section (see figure # 5) then hit “Book Now” then before you enter your details hit your back browser (That’s the green arrow in the top left corner of your screen with the word Back next to it - see figure #6) now you fill in your second dates or apartment style hit book now, you will now notice 2 boxes below your name details section with each selection in its own box, below the details section.

To complete the booking fill in all your details and check the you have read the terms and conditions section, hit the “Confirm button” and you are now being redirected to a secure payment section to pay a deposit to receive a confirmed booking.

“IF YOU DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT IN THIS SECTION YOUR BOOKING IS CANCELLED ON ALL OUR SYSTEMS”.

The only way to make a booking is to follow this procedure because a booking can not be made without a deposit.

Once you arrive at the Paypal secure payment page click the continue to checkout if you don’t have a Paypal account, (if you do have one you know what to do from here)

Once you have hit the continue to checkout selection you will now be asked to fill in the gaps with your credit card details, create a password ( this is for security purposes).

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHANGE THE COUNTRY TO YOUR COUNTRY AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE.

Once you have completed all the details hit the “Agree and Continue” button, your payment will be processed and you will be redirected back to www.kutatownhouses.com

Very soon after you will receive 2 emails one from us confirming the booking one from Paypal confirming the payment.
  

NOTE 1...you are done. Your apartment is automatically  blocked from another reservation on that period. Please note that If you need us to pick you up at the airport, let us know. Just go to a link called "Airport Pickup" on the left sidebar. Filled out the form on that page and submit it to us. Our staf will be there waiting for you on the date of your arrival.

NOTE 2... we cannot do particular apartment level requests our systems will assign the apartment number that best suits your length of stay on the day of check in.
